What you ordered isn't really what you're getting
This was supposed to be a brand new PS4 slim. Not only is there wear and tear on both the remote and the console but the console has a crack in it. On top of that the power cord for both the console and the controller are not the correct size or shape to fit either one. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and this is now three days of trying to get a refund and to send this back.
