Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I got this a few days ago to replace the factory dock that was accidentally left in a hotel room. I hooked it up with the original nintendo power supply and it worked for several minutes then totally went black. I went to investigate the problem and my switch is completely dead. Wont charge, turn on, boot, nothing. I spoke with the seller about this issue and they offered me another dock, lol lol lol. Why would I want a replacement for something that just destroyed my system? They managed to remove my first review but I refuse to give up, I don't want other people to go through what I just did. This left my kids in tears because this was their favorite toy during the lockdown.
