I was preparing for the first time something in the vertical roastery and fortunately my kids and family were away from the kitchen getting ready for dinner when suddenly we hear an explosion in the kitchen. When we approach the area, pieces of glass were everywhere. Of course the dinner was ruined, but beyond that we all were very scared and in shock with the outcome. As a customer, I was expecting this machine to have at least tempered glass to protect their consumers. Please avoid to get this machine as its literally a time bomb that puts your family at risk.
