The product worked great...but...it stopped working after 6 months. I called Waterpik to get some help. It turns out, they redesigned the motor and the result is it trips GFCI sockets. The part that makes me angry is they know about the problem and won’t replace my unit with one that won’t trip my GFCI socket. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT!!!??? For that, their product gets 1 star because that’s the lowest I can go!!
