I realize that Amazon has no say in updating this, or any non-Amazon app. Facebook, for whatever reason, so my doesn't want to update their Facebook app for Kindles. However they have no problem bugging us, repeatedly, to update our app. But. How to update an app that is really the most current one, updated last 1 1/2 months ago. Facebook, I think, believes us Kindle users can get our apps from the Google Play Store. We x any. Unless we are willing to do something similar to a jailbreak, and no app is worth that. It would be awesome if Amazon could update the app for us, but as they are neither Facebook or the creator of the Facebook app, they can't. Hopefully someone at Facebook realizes we don't all have an Apple or Google powered device, and give us the same updates they give to those other platforms.
