Sirius was contacted a day prior and indicated we were able to transfer our subscription from the car to the home devise but when we called to make the change request, Sirius said their agent did not give us proper information and therefore they could not transfer the account. We could; however, sign up for another subscription. No. To them it was our error to believe their agent and purchase this unit which arrived as described and next day. We cancelled all subscriptions because Sirius was not willing to work with us. Instead of them receiving two more years of payment they preferred to refund us. Guess they are doing really good and don't need prepaid subscriptions. This is the reason for poor review. Not because of the unit but because of Sirius poor customer service.
