This bassinet is not safe. They changed the item but left the great reviews for the previous model. See customer images and you will see what I mean. The bassinet in these images is different than the one currently being sold. The new bassinet is not entirely mesh. It is a safety hazard. I woke to find my baby’s face smooshed into a non breathable area (the mesh by the legs is covered by a nonbreathable plastic. Also the plastic around the bottom of the mesh is higher in this model.). Because of the rocking style of this bassinet my baby could not remove himself from the dangerous area. If I didn’t check on him in time He may not have survived.
