While their products are good, Simple Human is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered the extra-large pet food container. They shipped a large sensor trash can. Since I liked the trash can, I re-ordered the extra-large pet food container and 250 trash bags (over $100) through Simple Human. They shipped the wrong size bags and I had to return those to get the ones I ordered. Keep in mind, at this point, I have almost $400 invested in Simple Human products... Now, just a few months later, the sensor on the trash can has gone on the fritz. It opens sometimes, doesn't open other times, and opens and closes all by itself often. I contacted Simple Human for help. They wouldn't help me or answer my question without the serial number (but they couldn't or wouldn't help me find the serial number).
