After receiving the scale and setting up the app on my phone, the measurement that it gave me was completely inaccurate. I recently had a DEXA scan performed, so I knew my body statistics. Imagine my surprise when the scale stated that my body fat percentage was 28% instead of the 18% that was stated from the laboratory testing. I tried my old scale that was beside it, which gave me a reading of 19.5%, which was a reasonable amount of error for me. After contacting the Eufylife Support Team, I was told that the scale was mainly for trend tracking. This statement seemed extremely irresponsible as how can someone see a trend when the body fat percentage measurement has an error larger than 50% with all the other measurements being calculate being adjusted to correlate to the bad reading. Within three days of having the scale, it was returned and I purchased another scale (STYR Labs Digital Scale) that provided results that was more accurate.
