If you leave a bad review they harass you in email to change it or remove it.
Eyeliner is sticky trying to apply. Even harder to remove. The eyeliner also made my eyelids swell a bit. The lashes stick to the liner for the most part, the ends can be a little tricky.
Update: now months later I'm being harassed in emails saying they're working on improving the product and asking me to remove my bad review.
