The good: - The keyboard is the best executed compact bluetooth keyboard of this sort I've ever used (and I've used a lot). The bluetooth just works. - The price is great for it if you get it for below $35 The bad: - The size difference looks very slight in my photo, but that tiny difference makes a big impact if you are a very fast touch typist like I am. But it's not a big deal. It will probably take a day of full use to get used to. - Other reviewer complaints about the right shift key is absolutely correct. This one is very, very difficult to get used to because it's such a non-standard placement of the key. You'll end up hitting the up arrow probably the first 500 times you attempt to use the shift. Then, once you get used to this odd shift key placement, you'll have to readjust to a normal keyboard and back and forth. This is a nightmare. The next version absolutely must have a right shift key that is large and in standard placement and then, perhaps, split the bottom arrow key into two (up and down) as you can see on the apple keyboard layout in my photo. How they got this wrong is mind boggling. - Another key placement issue are the number keys. They are all shifted to the right, making it difficult to touch type numbers. In the next version, they really need to make the escape button really tiny and thin so that they can at the very least fit the "1" key right above the "Q" and start from there across to right. - A quality issue is with the "E" key on my keyboard. It only registers 10% of the time (when I'm tapping it really hard). For this reason, I have been unable to properly use this keyboard for any real work. Having to fix all your missing "E"s 90% of the time is a nonstarter. For this reason, this rating will be a 2 until I get a replacement and test that. If the replacement is fine, I'll adjust the review to either a 3 or a 4 depending on how bad I find the shift key impact my work. About customer service: When I called the phone number on this company's website during its business hours, I heard a voicemail box of a woman with a Chinese accent asking to leave a message without identifying her business - so I'm not sure if the number is correct or not. Fortunately, this product is fulfilled by Amazon, which means they'll handle the refunds. Please know, however, that Amazon will NOT do any returns or exchanges for this product. You'll need to do a refund, and then re-order the item again as a totally separate unrelated transaction.
