There are 5 things I will point out as I have used multiple high end pain units, TENS, EMS, QUELL, etc. Dr Ho's never tells you 1) that with that "Full Money Back" warranty of theirs, they charge you a hefty "restocking fee". 2) It will take over 60 days for them to process a refund. 3) Most important of all, there is no "continuous" setting on their units. Consequently, just as you may reach a level of relief, the unit shuts off and you have to reset it and restart it. 4) It is not nearly as powerful as a QUELL unit or the high end units, they cost a fraction of the cost of the Dr. Ho and I bought their most expensive model. 5) It does not come with a clip or anyway to attach the unit to your body which is ridiculous. You either have to stuff it in your pants, which is very hot, or walk around with it in your hand. I hope this info helps some to not waste their money because that "full money back" guarantee is a con.
