This rug has a soft thick feel to it. It looks nice and blends into the room. The smell however is vile and very strong. Chemicals of some kind in the rug are taking forever to off gas. Luckily it’s in an empty guest room so I can leave widows open to air out. I would have returned this if it was for any room in daily use. I didn’t want to bother with returning a large unwrapped item. I’ve had this one month exactly and the smell is finally going away. Not quite there and I hope the room doesn’t reek by next week when people will be sleeping by it.
