One spool of cord and it wore thru the grommets on both sides (dual feed)! How this got past R&D is beyond me. Because it is a combo pack it is almost impossible to find a replacement part. I had to call Green Works and they gave me the part number. Green Works considers this normal wear and tear so the expense to replace is mine. Weed eater is only about 4 months old and as mentioned above this occurred on the first spool of cord. NOW: Green works says this this part is attached to the “spool housing” and I will have to buy a new weed eater. I have never felt compelled to write a review before on a product. I made a serious mistake in purchasing this!
