I’m gonna keep this short. Believe the one star reviews, friends. This product 100% does not work the way you expect. Pro: easy to set up. Works ok. Cons: uses a proprietary interface which really, really sucks. There isn’t an alternative and you cannot access this from multiple devices on your home network like a shared drive or nas. Everything goes over the internet, to the WD drive, back over the internet to whatever device you use to access the data. You cannot link to the data directly. You are trapped in that interface. Think that over. Read up before you buy.
