Cons: - 1 motor just turned off in flight causing the unit to plunge into the ground. - 6 week repair turnaround, little if any communication during repair - 6 weeks later, unit crashed from same exact issue we sent it in for the first time, almost hitting crowd of people - been in repair more weeks than we've owned it - no cross shipping of replacement, no replacement available on totaled unit (they have to "try" to fix it) - no expedited repair - 32 minute plus hold times normal - Terrible support, couldn't care less about customer satisfaction Pro: - 1 of our 2 units seems to work
