Based decision to purchase on high reviews. First 2 weeks worked great. Week 3 noticed the strap stretching out and no longer adjustable. Week 4 phone fell out on to the floor. First time assumed it was operator error. Made sure phone was secure. Fell out second time. Stopped using. Unable to return. Waste of $$$. UPDATE The Bone company contacted me almost immediately and offered and I accepted a full refund AND they shipped me a new one no charge. Best customer service I've ever had. I've not used the new holder for fear my brand new very expensive phone would fall out again. I must say the design is perfect. The materials are the problem. I wish it worked. :(
