What a mess this purchase has been. Package gets lost and finally arrives via FedEx freight (I have no idea why). I get the bed set up only to find out the remote doesn't work. Tried new batteries multiple times and nothing. After much back and forth I am told they cannot send me a replacement remote that will work. My mother is 82 years old and does not have a smart phone nor does she have internet to download the app that does work so I'm stuck with an adjustable bed I can't adjust. Then to top off this mess, I get a bill from Fed Ex for $129 for delivery and this company will not respond at all. Sick of these sellers who can't stand behind their products or fix issues so you, the consumer, don't have to jump through hoops.
