Below is a copy and paste from Moshya's return policy. Apparently their "any other reason" can be that they sent you the WRONG COLOR wood finish on the bed. Amazon's A-Z Guarantee won't help either. We received the wrong color bed and Amazon's claim specialist simply stated that we had 3 business days to return the two large heavy boxes, insured from New Jersey to Texas. The cost was about 20 dollars less than we paid for the bed! We have no guarantee that they will send the correct bed if we order again. I just want to warn everyone that if you get the wrong bed it is up to you to pay for the return. This also took me over a month of run around from the company before Amazon stepped in to 'resolve' the issue because Moshya would not tell us what to do and ignored our emails. We are very sad. We ordered as a Christmas present and only now have found out that we would have to spend over 300 dollars to return it. He missed his big Christmas gift and now we are stuck with a bed with a wood finish that does not match the other furniture in his room. On listings with free shipping items, you will still be responsible for the outbound shipping charges incurred by Moshya Home Furnishings Since the shipping charges were already added in the cost. It will range 15 to 20% and will be deducted from cost of item while processing refund.We do not accept returns after one month.."
