Loved this sauna while it worked. It was amazing and exactly what we needed. After 1.5 months it broke last night. How in the world can something just stop working after such little time and then the return window is closed? Sounds really fishy to me. The whole thing shut off and I could smell ozone so something was burning. My husband was INSIDE this thing when it happened. We’re lucky it didn’t start a fire!! I went to Serene Life’s website and read through their return policy. It’s only 30 days. This is such a scam. $450 wasted!! What a rip off.
