I purchased this Cycle with a 3 year warranty package and assembly. Once the cycle was assembled professionally, the assembler & I noticed a clunking and grinding noise in between the pedals. He said that the product is defective and that he cannot fix it. He was very nice and stayed an extra hour trying to resolve the issue with Amazon. Amazon wanted me to pay an additional fee for disassembly & re-assembly if I were to purchase another bike! After 3 hours and talking to 9 different people Amazon informed me that Sunny Health and Fitness has a no return policy (even though I purchased the 3 year warranty) they refunded me and told me that I am stuck with the defective Cycle. After looking the Cycle over a second time I noticed that it is not new as Sunny Health and fitness claims. The pedal deflector on the left side is crushed and the bike has scuffs from wear and tear.
