Incorrectly wired temp control unit, may impose shock and fire hazard!
I have opened a temparature control unit yesterday and found incorrect wiring inside of it. L (live) and N (Neutral) were incorrectly soldered for both, feeding cable and outlet. I could not believe my eyes and even tested it with multimeter. See the pictures. Black wire should be connected to L, and white wire should be connected to N.
Such wiring may impose a shock and fire hazard (!!!) and against any electrical code in the US.
