Low quality - Not reusable - Use caution when separating them as they will tear apart.
Extremely low quality - the plastic (hook) separates from the fabric (loop) easier than they do from each other.
The first two that I attempted to remove from the "block" they were shipped in, resulted in separated and torn strips - no longer usable.
It you are careful you may be able to separate the individual ties and use them once, however they certainly not reusable.
