The 5 percent back is great. What is not good is the company that runs the card -Chase. Constant problems with them claiming fraud - although there never has been a fraudulent charge made on this card or the other Chase card I had. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Half of the people you talk to don’t speak English and they are rude. The company does not follow through with what they claim they will do. I called when I got a new card to validate - again they said I could not do so - fraud issue again. Said they would call me back - never did. Oddly enough the card still works anyway- so much for fraud protection. Read the other reviews - there are many with same experience.
