Amazon great! Not so much Chase.
Amazon is wonderful. Chase Bank is NOT! It is impossible 2 find a personable clerk 2 help u w/ your concerns and questions. I have found Chase personnel 2 b rude, condescending and poorly informed about their very product; i.e, credit cards. I am researching 2 find an Amazon-friendly credit card that is NOT Chase.
