I already wrote a review and was contacted by the company to remove and they would reimburse me. They didn't. This vacuum is so frustrating. You have to continuously remove the filter to shake it out or it will lose suction. The hose is constantly getting clogged at the base. It is super difficult to empty the chamber without making a mess. I have to stop at least 3 times to empty and clean the filter or it doesn't work. The cord is super short! Not worth the money.
