I have installed all four bulbs and three work as promised. The fourth is in a lamp plugged into the wall socket that is operated by a wall switch. When I turn off the switch, the light initially goes off and then after about twenty seconds it comes back on. My other bulb in my bedroom nor the ones in the kitchen do not do this, only the one in the living room. Very annoying. UPDATE: Had the electricity go off today due to equipment upgrade by the power company for my neighborhood. The lights did NOT come on. These are an utter and total failure. It was a waste of money to purchase these light bulbs. DO NOT BUY
