I was so excited to find a vacuum for such a great price with awesome reviews; however, I was extremely disappointed. When the vacuum arrived it looked and felt very cheap, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. When using the vacuum it is so difficult to maneuver and constantly gets stuck. Then the worst part - it doesn’t vacuum anything up! All it does is blow dirt, dust, and whatever else around the room! I’ve tried it on tile, hardwood floor, vinyl flooring, and carpet and it did the same thing on each surface! I also wouldn’t consider this vacuum lightweight compared to other vacuums on the market. Overall a terrible product. There is not one thing about this vacuum that I liked. I will definitely be returning this vacuum.
