BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! I understand the appeal of buying a stylish tv/media stand for the relatively cheap price. HOWEVER, as some reviewers have experienced, the item can come likely damaged to your place. You have no idea how badly damaged it is UNTIL you open it and their ridiculous return/exchange policy doesn't make it worth your time. So in essence you're basically throwing your money away or taking a gamble it comes in perfect condition. If you're the lucky ones, then it's great. The way this item is packaged makes it nearly impossible to put back together for you to exchange. It's unfortunate that as a customer, you feel like it's a crap shoot when you take a leap of faith on buying items like this. I use Amazon Prime often and this was the first time I ever felt compelled to write in a review hoping to spare anyone else throwing away over $100.
