Be SURE this is compatible with your Wi-Fi router before purchase!
After 2 hours with tech support, I am returning this item because it is ONLY compatible with 2.54GHz routers, and I have a 5GHz router. This requirement is NOT listed in the product specs/details/description. Without Wi-Fi, you can't use it. Two tech support people first had me use the incorrect software update - I had to track down the correct one myself. When I still couldn't access my Wi-Fi, a specialist tech told me this device is not compatible with the 5 GHz router, so I am returning this product. Very disappointed.
