This is an irresponsibly produced and DANGEROUSLY mis-marketed supplement. I took the recommended dosage for almost two years and I regret ever taking a single pill. Yes, the collagen made my skin look great. But this blend also contains Fo-Ti root, which is well-documented for being highly estrogenic. (Why an estrogenic would be used in a formula marketed for men, I have no idea.) I was foolish and overly trusting of the manufacturer, so I didn't do my research until after spending thousands of dollars in hospital and doctor bills, trying to diagnose symptoms I had been experiencing for the past year. Nobody could figure out what was physically wrong with me, even though I was having digestive and urinary tract problems, as well as numbness in my arms and legs. A year of these symptoms going undiagnosed caused me to start having panic attacks. It was only on a recent whim that I discovered that regularly ingesting Fo-Ti root in a daily supplement seriously messes with the hormonal balance in the body and can cause numbness, digestive and urinary problems, liver damage, blood sugar issues, and a host of other issues. I immediately stopped taking this supplement, and within two weeks, the majority of my symptoms subsided. I am still experiencing occasional numbness, and I only hope the damage is not permanent. AMAZON SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THIS PRODUCT FROM ITS WEBSITE, and the manufacturer should be shut down by the FDA.
