Literally exploded on me tonight. Luckily, I wasn't in the room. I had the desk for around 3 years and only had around 40 pounds of items on it. Spent 3.5 hours cleaning up the mess from the explosion. It sounded like a bomb went off in the office when it happened and it left glass EVERYWHERE. Ripped a hole in my office chair seat and glass was embedded in the walls. If I had been in the room when this happened I may have sustained serious injuries.
