Not actual product!
Either this isn't actually The Ordinary's product, or it has been corrupted in some manner. I noticed immediately that the liquid was way too watery compared with the product I usually got (I have only ever bought TO from their site). I tried to apply it and it was literally like dry water. No substance to it whatsoever. I couldn't even spread it across my face, it dried immediately. The smell was off for what it is normally as well. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from TO themselves, they ship fast.
