How to give it less than one star? Usually not a reviewer, but this product had to be reviewed. Spent 2 hours trying to set up the robot to connect to WiFi. After the 100th attempt, finally worked. Only problem? Now the app doesn't control the robot. Press dock, no movement. Press spot, no movement. Robot has been cleaning for the last 20 minutes after pressing dock with no response. Scheduled a cleaning to be done when I woke up this morning. 10 minutes later, still sitting in the dock, without a movement. This product is being returned. Update 6/30. Returned the original machine for a replacement as they said the original may be defective. Received a new unit, and the same issue. Called customer support and they tell me the reason it is not working is because the firmware version of the app is not update due and Shark has not released the new version that will allow the robot to work. What type of business is Shark running that they sell products they KNOW are not compatible because they have not updated their software yet. Definitely a lesson to never purchase a Shark machine ever again. What a joke.
