Meyer, the manufacturer of the Rachel Ray cookware, does not honor their warranties! The bottom of my 5 quart saute pan warped, and while they have offered to replace it, they will not send me the same item! They still make it, but won't send it to me because it is part of a set. Well yeah, I bought the set! Makes no sense! They want to send me a small skillet with no lid, which is no where near comparable. I will be selling all my Rachel Ray products never to buy them again. I will find a brand that stands behind their products.
