This lid just exploded out of nowhere! Thankfully noone was in the kitchen. I was in the living room when I heard a glass breaking sound in the kitchen. I went to see and it was this lid that just exploded throwing really small pieces of glass everywhere. Nothing fell on it. There was nothing over it. It was at room temperature. The explosion was out of nowhere. The issue now is that the entire kitchen is full of pieces of glass. I have had this lid for over a year now and have been using it to cook on my Instant pot.
