I loved this pet carrier. I bought 2 of them, one for each of my cats. We placed them in the back seat of our car for a cross-country trip. The cats had enough room to sit up, lie down, turn, whatever. They were comfortable and it made long days cooped up in a car much more pleasant for everyone. HOWEVER, on day three of our journey, we placed the cats in their carriers at the start of the day. In less than one minute, one cat burst right out of the carrier, ripping the zipper from the carrier. There was no possible repair/ the fabric was torn. Even if we could repair it, we could not trust the carrier to hold the cats in place. Their safety and protection was clearly not there.
