Awful!! Damaged my hair
Awful!! My hair got tangled and caught in the machine! Had to cut a piece of my hair off to get it out. I stupidly tried it again after this thinking it was a fluke and another chunk of hair got caught inside that I had to pry out. I followed all instructions. Never trying it again!
