I used one packet and was super sick , the back of my neck hurt , headache felt like I was on fire and sweating but was freezing at the same time couldn’t move without throwing up. Couldn’t even text my daughter for help. Not recommended without prior permission from your doctor . Very scary still feeling strange two days later . Never using again. Had to give one star but I wouldn’t give them anything please be careful
