We love this pitcher, but have had so much trouble with the filters! They stop working very quickly, after a few weeks, and the pitcher takes hours to fill. Customer service has been wonderful, sending us replacements. But how many times should we have to keep asking before we get one that actually lasts as long as it should? The longest we've been able to go is about 2 1/2 months. For $50 a filter, this is not acceptable. Although we love the pitcher, we will have to look for other options.
