I purchased my first BaByBylissPRO Nano Titanium Plated Straightener from an actual salon about 4-6 years ago. It was an amazing durable product that withstood pretty much anything. But after years of use it finally stopped heating up so I decided to buy the same make/model through Amazon and I couldn’t have had the most opposite experience. It arrived end of September 2017- I got about 3 good uses out of it and on the 4th use it kept turning off. The next day it kept turning off after a few seconds of use and the following day the straightener wouldn’t even turn on. I'm extremely disappointed in this purchase primarily because Amazon says that my window of opportunity to return/exchange the item has been gone since 10/29/17 which was only 30 days after purchasing the product! This is beyond frustrating and I simply want to find a solution to this since I paid a lot of money for a straightener that I've had for 3 months.
