First of all the shipping came in very late. I did everything as directed and put the covers on after evacuating everything in the room and doing many sessions of bug bed sprays and alcohol sprays you name it even put bed bug traps on every corner. The bed bugs I thought I had finished and died and no more would they come up crawling but I was so wrong after 3 or 4 days I'm putting the mattress protector I finally got the courage to go back in and sleep on the bed exactly at 12:30 a.m. I felt something crawling I was petrified I turn on the lights and I was almost about to scream when it counted 7 bed bugs from different locations balt rolling up on the pillow covers and as well as on the bed and the wall next to the bed and there are huge in size not even tiny ones. So my question is even after putting the mattress cover why and where are the coming out of from so I don't think so this mattress cover is actually worthy of its claim and did not do a good job I feel like I wasted so much money and got no results I'm very depressed and sad and psychologically Disturbed with the bed bugs it change the marks and all the drama that I've been going through. Honestly I want all my money refunded back into my account and that is possible by Amazon. That's the least they can do for me in this situation.
