I bought this before the first snowstorm it looks nice runs well in warm weather. BUT when it comes to blowing snow and ours is powder only rarely is it wet, it fails hopelessly.,!!! The ogger and shoot constantly freeze solid and plug you are constantly stopping and trying to clear snow jams that is ridiculous for a product that cost over $1500. It happens because there is no heat generated during operation unlike gas engine blowers. The manufacture should have and probably did know this and did nothing to create heat to avoid back up. A simple DC voltage heat tape would have been a better design. I tried everything I sprayed it with silicone to avoid build up HA HA still plugged 10 minutes into clearing the driveway. I finally had to dig out my shovel and hand shovel the driveway and sidewalk Thanks a lot EGO I have a $1500+ door stop. Do not waste your money.
