I did some research and also called Duracell to make sure there was only ONE type of rechargeable AA battery and specifically the mah. They told me it was 2500 mah and also showed me on their site the pdf spec sheet that the AA is 2500 mah and asked again, are they ANY other versions or types of rechargeable AA and the rep said no. Upgrading from energizer which is 2300 with full confidence and received the Ion Speed 1000 that comes with 4 AA's only to find out that they are 1300mah. After careful review I noticed on the package it ways 1300, but I didn't see that since thinking that if I call the manufacturer directly, they would have known their own product. Complete waist of time and money and now I have to see if I can return this and just stick with energizer. I did call back again after I received this and spoke to a supervisor and they only thing he could think of is that this is probably some old stock before they changed to the current 2500mah, so it's a bit of a crap shoot I guess. Very frustrating, all that work making sure I was getting the right product by going to the manufacturer's website to see the specs and triple checking calling the manufacturer directly only to still receive the wrong product. NEW UPDATE. So I gave it a try and charged them over night and used it in a wireless mouse and after 3 days the red light on my mouse started blinking, gave another 8-10 charge Sunday August 23 and the next day Monday 24th I put the charged batter in and sure enough 3 days later on Wednesday the red light started blinking, This is NOT WORTH IT at all. I've been using Energizer recharge 2300 mah and get about a month before the blinking light which lasts about 2 years using the 15 minute quick charge. After 2 years then I get 3 days or so of use before the red light start blinking, so finally returning these and sticking with Energizer recharge.
