Got the Bakery Virtuoso in September and from the first loaf I knew I had the perfect machine. Fluffy inside, perfect crust, awesome rise. I started using it every other day doing different breads, cakes, jams, meat loaves. Whatever I tried, it came out perfectly. I shared ‘my’ creations with everybody who came by, my family, friends, friends of friends, even my doctor. However, in late October (just a couple of days past the return date), the bread pan peeled off a little and I could not use it anymore. I know I’ve a choice to buy a new one for $80+ but I have no guarantee that it won’t happen again. However, I miss the smell of freshly baked bread so much! There’s nothing like it.
