What a RIPOFF! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...
What a rip off. What's in the $8.00 plastic tote? Only six 6"Wx7"H bags of cheap repackaged dry food. One small bag of sugar/phony maple clumped together and fresh oat pieces (tiny) and lots of powder...make a gruel that is awful. A small bag of pancake mix but no maple syrup?, small bag powdered milk not freeze dried milk cheap grocery store quality. A small back of dehydrated potato pieces that don't hydrate very well and when they do are mushy along with God awful coffee - no sugar or creamer. The entire contents could not have a retail value of more than $12. Patriot Pantry ought to be ashamed of peddling such crap and call it it Breakfast Favorites Tote. Glad I spent $70 on this rip off so that I now know better than investing any more of my money on preps from Patriot Pantry. I always test my disaster preps and may spend a little money doing so, but it helps me from wasting lots of money. I've invested $2000+ on survival food stores - 80% freeze dried in meats, vegetables and fruits. I almost never buy prepared entrees or meals because you can pack a lot of crap in a mylar opaque bag that you'll never know its quality until lights are out and you're trying to feed yourself and your family. Did you know you can buy at the grocery the same items and repackage them in mylar bags with oxygen absorbers and for $70 probably be able to store up 10X what you get form this deal. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this ripoff food.
