86 dB can cause Noise Induced Hearing Loss #NIHL. Avoid this Unit, its not 'under 60 dB'

The Ad from the Vendors states that the unit will operate 'below 60 dB'.
Reality Check - Using 2 different devices I've verified this Pump, at Front, Side and Back, is at or above 85 Decibels which is known to cause Noise Induced Hearing Loss. #NIHL
Hopefully Amazon will Review this Update and see the Pictures don't jive with the Product Description.
Technical Notes..
Using a Kill A Watt Meter, verified:
-Consistent 28+W Power Consumption (good)
Using an iPhone 8 and an iPad Air, verified:
-Above 86 Decibels - (bad) #NIHL
-Used the Faber Acoustics App found in App Store
Using a Heat IR Device:
-Heat Signature - Moderate to High. 115F Max
Summary - This device emits too much noise. 86 dB is can contribute to Noise Induced Hearing Loss. #NIHL. Its too Hot, but has good power consumption.
