Was excited to try out this vacuum cleaner. Put it all together and didnt like the way it wouldnt stand up on its own. Just didnt seem right that i had to lean it against a wall in the up right position. Tried to vacuum with it and it seemed to work OK but if you stop for a minute you still had to lean it against a wall. While trying to figure out why it wouldnt stand up i flipped it over and saw a huge crack in the motor housing shown in the picture. I requested a return right away and shipped it back the next day. A couple days later i got an email from Amazon saying they received my return and a new one was on its way. Well that never happened. A month later and still havent received anything.
