After the first use I noticed a very unusual amount of heat and a plastic burning smell. I took the filter off and saw where the plastic around it had started to melt. Customer support gave me a reference number to take it to UPS. They wanted me to send the entire unit back to them and wait TWO WEEKS for a "repair". I lug the sweeper down to UPS. They tell me they don't have any record for the reference number and turned me away. Tried calling support, nobody answered after 30 minutes on hold. But they made sure to let me know I could email support and have an answer within two hours. 24/7. It's been over 24 hours. No response. Totally unacceptable.
