Below is the review I started to write a while back. I like the product itself very much, but I'm giving only one star because I don't like how the seller has been dramatically increasing the price of the product. About the product itself: I got this for a summer of national park travel but ended up liking it so much that I would have a cup almost every day. I asked my doctor if it was 'medicated' or bad to drink as one might drink kool-ade in the summer. She said it was fine to drink and that if one drank more electrolytes than one's body needed, they would just get flushed out. I tend not to drink enough glasses of water a day so having a glass of pedialyte before bed is helpful. Plus, it's low calorie (25-30 calories per glass). It's also handy to have around for kids. If my kid is sick or has diarrhea, I give him a glass of this. (Addition: though I enjoyed getting this product on a regular basis in the past, I will not be buying it more from this seller because of the exorbitant prices the seller is now demanding. Too bad as I had enjoyed the product itself.)
